Dear Club Members,
We would like to remind you that you have the ability to make automatic payments on your member account through Automatic Clearing House (ACH). Soon, we will be terminating our relationship with Bank of the West and transitioning over to Bank of Marin. With this transition we now offer two choices to remit payment for your member account. The following represents those two options:
Option 1:
Under this scenario, your club membership outstanding balance will be automatically debited from your checking account. All we will require is your concurrence and a voided check from your bank checking account. If you choose option 1 please fill out the “Consumer Authorization Form” supplied by us and once completed, please send it back to the club along with a copy of a voided check. Please click HERE to view and print the form.
We will be working with Bank of Marin to ensure we have all the information stored safely and accurately in the new system before moving forward with the ACH process. Therefore, we will not be processing any ACH payments until May 10th, 2017. Please be advised, the monthly ACH pay date will occur on 10th of each month. Due to hours of operation with Bank of Marin and our accounting department, this date could fluctuate to a later date if the 10th falls on a weekend. It’s important to point out that anyone signing up for ACH will still need to send payment for their April statement to the Club because, as mentioned prior, the first ACH payments will not occur until May 10th, 2017.
Option 2:
You may also choose to continue to remit payment by check by either bringing your payment to Front Desk or mailing directly to the club at:

Please keep in mind with the phasing out of our relationship with Bank of the West we ask that all payments be sent directly to the Club and no longer to the lock box address below:

We will not accept payments to the lock box address after May 1st 2017. We would like to offer a reminder to those people who have an automatic bill pay being sent to the lock box to please update your online banking system with the Golf Club’s address.
