We wanted to take an opportunity to connect with our Membership to provide a gentle reminder of our Club policies as well as some changes our team will begin to implement this fall.
Presenting Checks
In an effort to enhance your Member experience we would like to inform you of a new policy we are implementing in the Bar & Grill to improve accuracy. Starting Friday, October 11, servers will be presenting checks at the end of each dining experience. We ask that you review and sign to ensure accuracy. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to improve the Member billing experience and ensure each charge is applied to the correct account.
Splitting Checks
At Mayacama we are happy to accommodate larger parties. If your group plans on splitting the check, we kindly require that any parties of 8 or larger split the check evenly. Individual bottles of wine can be assigned to specific member accounts directly with your server.
Wine Storage
Our service team is not permitted to pull wine from your locker without you present. If a team member is not available to accompany you, we will gladly provide you a key to access your locker. It is our policy that employees may not remove wines from lockers without the member present. Under no circumstances should wine be stored in Golf Lockers.
Corkage
We understand there are wines you may want to enjoy that are not available to purchase through the Club. We welcome you to bring these wines when you visit the Bar & Grill and we are happy to open them. Corkage will be charged on all wine bottles served that were not purchased through Mayacama. This reasonable fee is currently $25/750ml bottle and cannot be waived.
