We are thrilled to introduce our new Executive Chef, Craig Linowski, a culinary talent with over 30 years of experience and a remarkable journey that has taken him through prestigious kitchens, both locally and abroad.
Craig’s career began with hands-on training in the culinary-rich regions of Lucca and Bergamo, Italy, and at the acclaimed Aqua restaurant in San Francisco, under renowned chef Michael Mina. His passion for excellence led him to Sonoma County, where he held key positions at Chateau Souverain, Nightowl Catering, and Madrona Manor.
Craig spent three years as the Executive West Coast Chef for the Terlato Family Wine Group, creating memorable dishes for guests at esteemed wineries like Alderbrook, Chimney Rock, and Rutherford Hill. His impressive history includes cooking at the prestigious James Beard House in New York City on two occasions, and also the honor of cooking for Carlo Petrini, the founder of the Slow Food movement. Craig is no stranger to large operations, being Executive Chef at River Rock for many years but most recently, Craig was the Executive Chef at The Ruse, Mayacama's luxury Bed & Breakfast sister property in Healdsburg.
His commitment to showcasing the best in seasonal, local ingredients is perfectly aligned with our vision, and we are confident his creativity and positive outlook will enhance your dining experience at the Club.
