Meet the Maker: 123 Organic Tequila

Join us at the Club on Cinco de Mayo, and let's celebrate with live music, a few Mexican specialties, including conchita pibil and cóctel de mairscos, all while you sip 123 Organic Tequila with Mayacama Member, Founder & CEO David Ravandi.

David oversees the creation of organic, ultra-premium, farm-to-glass tequila, and mezcal at every step of the process. The portfolio—initially including 123 Organic Tequila Blanco (Uno), Reposado (Dos), and Añejo (Tres)—hinges on small-batch production,open and natural fermentation, double-distillation, and a respect for the environment that extends to the bottles, which are made from hand-blown recycled glass and recycled paper labels printed with soy ink.
