Dear Members,

We would like to take this moment to thank you all for your tremendous support this year. Once again we have seen terrific growth in Club usage by you and your guests. Golf rounds continue to increase faster than state and national averages and all revenue outlets at the Club, including the Spa and Restaurant, continue to grow. During the past 15 months, the Mayacama family has welcomed over 50 new Members across all membership categories including Charter, National, and Social. In addition to these new memberships, numerous Members have decided to upgrade their membership and join the Mayacama Residence Club.

As many of you may know, Mayacama has approvals to build fourteen additional 3-Bedroom Villas and one more 1-Bedroom Casita. We are excited to announce that construction will commence during the first quarter of 2014 when we will resume construction of the Villa near the 3rd Hole. This will be the beginning of Phase III Residence Club construction, which we hope will continue until all remaining Villas have been constructed.

We are also excited to announce that the Club has successfully paid off close to $30M in debt since 2007. Equally as important, this past month we have successfully refinanced the Club's debt with a long-term loan that will provide the necessary funds to continue construction, marketing, and capital improvements. Capital has been set aside for a number of necessary improvements to the Club facilities in 2014 as described below:

• New carpet and furnishings will be replaced where needed in the Casitas, throughout the Clubhouse, and outdoor patios.
• State-of-the-art outdoor heating will be installed for a more comfortable outdoor dining experience.
• To provide another activity at the Club, we will be purchasing bicycles for complimentary use for you and your guests.
• The Swim & Tennis Center will get a boost in staffing and services levels.
• You can also expect terrific improvements in the complimentary amenities throughout the Clubhouse and in the Villas & Casitas.

The year 2014 is shaping up to be the most exciting year Mayacama has experienced in many years and all of these positives will likely translate to additional membership sales. Management is committed to growing this Club and continuing to create unique opportunities for you to gather and enjoy the company of your fellow Members. In order to continue to meet the operational needs of the Club and provide the service that Members have come to expect, we will be raising the dues for the upcoming year by 3.0%. We feel this increase is modest and will help offset the rising cost of doing business in the state of California.  Your January 2014 statement will reflect the dues increase as outlined below:
