Dear Members,

We would like to thank you for your continued support throughout this past year and to recognize each and every Member for making Mayacama the truly special Club that it has become. Thanks to our membership, Club usage remained strong and consistent all year long and we are clearly evolving and growing. We welcomed 30 new Members in 2014 and 8 families, who were already Members of the Club, decided to upgrade their membership type by becoming Residence Club Members. As you know, we began construction this past summer on a Villa just to the left of the 3rd tee and this unit is expected to be completed in the spring. We are proud to be funding this construction directly from proceeds of membership sales rather than taking on additional debt. Every membership sale is a key component in growing the Club's operations and funding the construction of our remaining Villas, so we continue to encourage our Members to assist us in attracting new families to the Club. This year also marked the addition of a new investment team joining us from overseas and we look forward to working with our new partners as we grow the Club both at home and abroad.

During 2015 we will be making needed improvements to the Golf Course, the Clubhouse, and the Casitas & Villas. With the course open now for 14 years and the Clubhouse for 12 of those years, normal wear and tear occur; necessitating renovation and some equipment replacement. We will be re-finishing areas of the Clubhouse exterior and will also continue to repair and replace furniture and fixtures. Upgrades in many of the Casitas & Villas will include various improvements from carpet and paint to replacement of BBQ's and refrigerators where needed. You will also notice maintenance and improvements around the Golf Course, including new sand in many areas as well as the renovation of several bunkers that are in need of repair. We also plan on expanding the facilities as a way to create more amenities for youths and all Members. Please stay tuned as we share with you plans and details in future Club communications.

We are happy to report that we have promoted from within to replace two recently departed managers. Our Events Manager, Rebekah Reynoso, who has taken over for Lori Darling, has been with us since 2003 and has been doing a terrific job planning and executing private Member events! We are also happy to announce Melinda Murray as our new full-time Activities Director. Melinda has worked at Mayacama for the last few years with both our Outside and Guest Services team. She has a lengthy background in the dramatic arts, she is an athlete, and a sports fanatic. All of her great skills will assist her in planning activities for children, youths, and families. We have been extremely pleased with the performance of both Rebekah and Melinda during this interim and are excited about their future with us.

This past year we enhanced the experience at the Swim & Tennis Center and hope you had a chance to enjoy the relaxing venue. Look for more of the same great food, beverages, and fun in 2015. Duff Hufford, the Club’s Restaurant Manager will also be working with his team on bringing in more “mixology” skills for those of you who would like to balance your time between wine and spirits in the new year.

Ownership is committed to growing this wonderful Club and continuing to create exciting, unique, and most of all fun opportunities for you to gather with your family and friends for special lifetime memories. In order to continue to meet the operational needs of the Club and provide the service that you have come to enjoy and expect, we will be raising your club and residence club dues by approximately 5%. We feel this increase is modest and will help offset the rising costs of doing business in the State of California. Your January 2015 statement will reflect the dues increase as outlined below:
