Executive Chef James Corwell Presents at United Nations Conference
Last week, our Executive Chef James Corwell was a keynote speaker at The United Nations Principles for Responsible Management Education (PRME) conference. This four-day online event brought together innovative leaders with a corporate and social responsibility focus, and Chef Corwell spoke about plant-based food and sustainability.
"I'm very grateful to be able to offer my support and vision on how to end world hunger through sustainability and how we should view our natural resources as national treasures. At Mayacama, we are the heart of sustainable food culture in California, and we are fortunate to be able to showcase that to our Members on a daily basis," says James.
