Dear Members,
The safety, health, and well-being of everyone at Mayacama is our top priority. We recognize the seriousness of the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) and have implemented preventative measures to ensure that we minimize the risk of spreading illness. We are carefully monitoring reports from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the World Health Organization.
We feel highly confident with every internal precaution that we have made to protect our Members, Guests, and Employees. At this time, our current schedule of Club Events will continue to move forward as planned, including this weekend's St. Patrick's Day Four-Ball Tournament. If you choose not to participate in any Club Events previously registered for, we will be waiving any cancellation policy. As we all are experiencing concern around this situation, we hope that Mayacama can be a respite for our Members during this time.
We realize that this illness is an ongoing, fluid situation, and we will continue to monitor and update you with correspondence as necessary. As we are doing with our Employees, we ask our Members to take the same preventative measures to minimize any risks of exposure to themselves or others.
