Dear Members,
Many new developments have arisen in the last few days and we continue to monitor the outbreak of the Novel Coronavirus (Covid-19) very closely.
Health officials placed a strict "shelter in place" ordinance on six of the nine counties around the Bay Area. Sonoma County is putting the same order in place and it will take effect Wednesday, March 18th shortly after midnight.
In anticipation of the announcement, Mayacama will close all Club facilities including the Golf Course & Residences as of Wednesday morning. Only those whose primary residence is on Mayacama property will be permitted beyond the gates. The safety, health, and well-being of our Members and Employees is always our top concern and we believe being proactive in shutting down all operations is the best decision.
Local Members will be able to access any personal belongings from their lockers and/or golf clubs tomorrow, March 18th, between the hours of 10 am - 3 pm.
We are hopeful to welcome our Members back to the Club in the week or two following spring aeration. We appreciate your understanding and patience during these times and we will continue to communicate with our Membership as any new details emerge.
If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our General Manager, Dan Michael, at (707) 569-2951 / [email protected] or our Managing Partner, Jonathan Wilhelm, at (707) 569-2901 / [email protected]. |
