Club Update | May 21, 2020

Dear Members,

It has been a wonderful sight to see you back enjoying the golf course, connecting with your fellow Members around the Snack Bar and trying the new Pin High Pilsner. As the guidelines rapidly change we continue to work on bringing back more amenities. We are developing protocols that will enable us to reopen specific club facilities as soon as we get the green light.

When will the Clubhouse reopen?

We are continuing to develop protocols in line with state & local regulations for all Club facilities. As long as the county regulations are modified, the Mayacama staff will be prepared to open the Clubhouse & Dining facilities the weekend of May 29th. There are many changes ahead for how and in which manner we operate certain areas of the Club. We appreciate your patience and understanding on adopting these regulations and guidelines that are put in place for the health and safety for all Members and staff.

Can we enjoy the pool?

The Mayacama Pool is scheduled to open Friday, May 22nd. The hours of operation will be 9:30am-6pm every day, except Tuesdays. Capacity is limited and advance reservations in 4 hour increments will be required. Pool Cabana's will be available to rent and will cost $150 per group, limited to 6 people total. To submit your request for a pool reservation or to request a cabana, please email [email protected] or call (707) 571-2403.

Why are Reservations required?

In order to ensure that we are ready to deliver the best experience for you, reservations are going to be required for every area of the Club. Whether it is a Golf Tee Time, Tennis Court Usage, Swimming Pool, or Future Dining Reservations. Mayacama is going to maintain a reservation policy during the initial phases of reopening.

When will the Residences open?

We are happy to announce that beginning Friday, May 29th, we will be ready to welcome you back to your second home in Wine Country. While we are very excited to have you for overnight stays, it does not come without a few changes to our operations and housekeeping schedule. Prior to your arrival, the lodging team will update you on any new guidelines that have been adopted to protect the safety of our Members and Employees. Can I still place an order for the Vintner Offer?

Are there any new updates with Golf?

To accommodate the volume of requests of our Members, we have lengthened the window of starting times from 8am-6pm. Advance starting times are still required and can be obtained by calling the Golf Shop at (707) 569-2915 between the hours of 8am – 4pm. Caddies are now permitted and must be reserved in advance when you book your starting times. Safe practices and social distancing will be required when using a Caddie, please review the list of protocols here. Golf Cars may be reserved in advance, but priority accommodations will be given to those in need or who qualify with age. As a friendly reminder, please continue to replace your divots where possible and repair  ball marks  on the green.   We are grateful for the opportunity to bring back the game to you and appreciate your help with maintaining the course conditions you have all come to expect.
