Now that the county restrictions are being lifted and guidelines rapidly changing, we have been able to bring on more staff to open up certain areas of the Club. We continue to develop protocols daily for the different areas of the Club as well as keeping our staff safe.

SO HOW WILL IT LOOK WHEN I AM ABLE TO RETURN TO WORK?
Employee safety is our number one concern. First and foremost, if an employee is feeling sick or has a fever, cough or difficulty breathing we are asking everyone to – STAY HOME! We are all in this together, so we need everyone’s utmost cooperation.

When you arrive to work all employees and caddies will be checked with a Touchless Thermometer daily at the gatehouse before anyone is able to come into any of the buildings on property. Any employees temp that reads over 100.4 degrees or higher will be sent home. So, you see it is important that if you have a fever when you are home – PLEASE STAY HOME! We are asking employees to allow some extra time when arriving for work as we are only able to bring 2 employees in the shuttle van at one time to adhere to the social distancing. Please be patient.

Employees will be required to wear a facemask while at work.

Social distancing of at least 6 feet apart when moving through the workplace will be observed.

New limits on the number of people to gather in the employee break room will be a maximum of 4 individuals. Utilization of the tables outside of the breakroom are available. Employees will be observing staggered meal break schedules to accommodate this.

The employee timeclock is sanitized throughout the day. After timeclock usage employees are asked to utilize hand sanitizer immediately after clocking in.

We are relying heavily on CDC and local health department information in establishing safe working conditions and will continue to make our best efforts to keep the workplace safe.

NEW SOCO COVID-19 CHECK
Effective June 1, 2020 we have been required by the County of Sonoma for all employees to use the “SoCo COVID-19 Check” app to self-check daily by answering a few simple questions. The app is very easy to use and takes less than 1 minute to do. All employees will be required to download the app to their smart phones and must show this to their manager daily before your shift commences. Those that do not have a smart phone will be required to see their manager and complete a questionnaire daily.

WHAT IS HAPPENING AROUND THE CLUB?
Golf is now open to Members from 8am – 6pm with Advance starting times required. Safe practices and social distancing will be required when using a Caddie. Golf cars may be reserved in advance, however priority accommodations will be given to those in need or who qualify with age.

The new Pin High Pilsner beer which has been provided through Barrel Brothers has been a big hit with the members. Did you know that Mai Dumoulin (actually her husband) came up with the winning name? This has been a big hit at the Snack Bar where members are enjoying takeout service.

The Mayacama Pool is now open. Capacity is limited and advance reservations in four hour increments will be required.

Lodging will begin on May 29th and we are anxiously ready to welcome back Members to their second home here at the Club. With this there are several operational changes and protocols that have been put into place with the housekeeping team.

EMPLOYEE RELIEF FUND DISTRIBUTION
The second employee relief fund distribution was processed on the May 15th pay date. Once again we are so grateful for the generosity of our members and taking care of the staff through all these difficult times. • Limited to the first 40 employees/caddies signing up at the Golf Shop
• Employees will park in the employee parking lot and walk up to check in

BABY NEWS!
If you have not heard, Danny and Jessa Hildebrand welcomed their daughter Dorothy Rose Hildebrand on Friday, March 27th. Mom, Dad and Dorothy are all doing great and such a blessing!

Ahora que las restricciones del condado se están levantando y las cambian rápidamente, hemos sido capaces de traer más personal para abrir ciertas áreas del Club. Continuamos desarrollando protocolos diarios para las diferentes áreas del Club, así como manteniendo a nuestro personal seguro.

¿CÓMO SE VERÁ CUANDO PUEDA VOLVER AL TRABAJO?
La seguridad de los empleados es nuestra preocupación número uno. En primer lugar, si un empleado se siente enfermo o tiene fiebre, tos o dificultad para respirar, estamos pidiendo a todos que - ¡SE QUEDE EN CASA! Estamos todos juntos en esto, así que necesitamos la máxima cooperación de todos.

Cuando lleguen a trabajar todos los empleados y caddies serán revisados con un termómetro sin contacto todos los días en la casa de la puerta antes de que cualquier persona pueda entrar en cualquiera de los edificios en la propiedad. Cualquier empleado temporal que lea más de 100.4 grados o más será enviado a casa. Por lo tanto, usted ve que es importante que si usted tiene fiebre cuando usted está en casa - POR FAVOR QUEDESE EN CASA! NUEVO CHEQUE SOCO COVID-19
A partir del 1 de junio de 2020, el Condado de Sonoma nos ha requerido que todos los empleados utilicen la aplicación "SoCo COVID-19 Check" para autocomprobarse diariamente respondiendo a algunas preguntas simples. La aplicación es muy fácil de usar y tarda menos de 1 minuto en hacer. Todos los empleados deberán descargar la aplicación en sus teléfonos inteligentes y deben mostrarla a su gerente todos los días antes de que comience su turno. Aquellos que no tienen un teléfono inteligente serán obligados a ver a su gerente y completar un cuestionario diario.

¿QUÉ ESTÁ PASANDO ALREDEDOR DEL CLUB?
El golf está abierto a los miembros de 8 a. m. a 6 p. m. con los horarios de inicio por adelantado necesarios. Se requerirán prácticas seguras y distanciamiento social cuando se utilice un Caddie. Los coches de golf pueden reservarse con antelación, sin embargo, se darán adaptaciones prioritarias a los necesitados o que califiquen con la edad.
