The Wines

2017 Sauvignon Blanc
The nose displays a plethora of characteristic Sauvignon Blanc. Ripe fruits, fresh floral notes and wet stone are leaders of the charge along with lime, lychee, gooseberry, kaffir lime leaves. Bold, yet inviting. The pallet is bursting with flavor. Ripe with a lovely texture, this wine is very full on your pallet, especially for a Sauvignon Blanc. The New French Oak barrels can be thanked for that.

2015 Costello Vineyard Chardonnay
A dark golden hue first peaks your interest in the 2015 Costello Vineyard Chardonnay. Lush aromas of ripe bartlet pears, and crisp granny smith apples are accompanied by wet stone minerality, signature of this vineyard. The pallet is an onslaught of green pome fruits, lemon, cream and oak. The mid pallet shows lovely oak while the finish is crisp and lingering. A wine that is wonderful to enjoy now and will improve over the next several years.

2016 Terra de Promissio Vineyard Pinot Noir
A fragrant wine, the 2016 offering exudes aromas of dark berries and flowers, with a hint of kirsch and Lambert cherry. Cheerful on the nose, the fruitiness is matched with bright tones of mandarin orange and cedar. In addition, tobacco and soil-inflected notes add underlying depth. Broad and silky in the mouth, this wine delivers balanced tannin, acid, and fruit.

2014 Taylor Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon
A dark garnet hue with accents of purple make for a very visually appealing wine. The nose is bold and rich with ripe blackberries and red fruits, toasty oak characters, hints of cedar and a powerful spice component. Flavors of ripe fruit lay across your tongue along with loads of texture that completely coat your mouth. The acid is perfectly balanced. Emphasizing the structure of this bold wine while showing off the bright fruits and leaving you both salivating and wanting more.

2015 Bernier Sibary Zinfandel
A deep garnet color. The nose of the 2015 Bernier Sibary Zin expresses bold characteristics of ripe berries, purple fruits and spices. Hints of sweet oak peek through the dense layers of this offering along with dried flowers and new leather. The mouth carries on the boldness. Ripe red fruits are complemented by vanillin and toasted brioche. This field blended wine coats your mouth with rich, silky tannins and a bright acidity that pops the finish, causing the flavors to seemingly hang endlessly on your pallet.

2015 Proprietor's Reserve Petite Sirah
Once again the Proprietor’s Reserve Pettie Sirah displays exemplary depth and complexity. When poured in a glass the color is so dark it takes on the essence of a miniature black hole, allowing no light to escape its grasp. The nose is bold and dark creating a sense of infatuation. Aromas of black fruit, cigar box, graphite and iodine give way to sweet oak a coco powder. This wine is a true mouthful. Lush and bright fruits dance on your palate which has been completely coated with tannins that give a rich and powerful feel to this offering.
