WINTER YOGA & WINE RITUAL
Clubhouse Wine Cave

Please join us for a sacred winter yoga and wine ritual. Our instructor Hermine Baker will share her knowledge about her Swedish shamanic rituals of how to move with the winter transitions and how to better take care of our bodies during the darker months. It will be a Hatha yoga style with focus on breath work and deep stretches. This is a sacred practice where we honor your unique body, mind, and spirit. All levels are welcome! You can be new to yoga or an advanced yogi - but you won't want to miss this event for a healthier lifestyle.
