Dear Members,

While we were hoping to get the course up and running this Wednesday, unfortunately, the amount of work still needed to begin even our basic operations is going to take additional time. A list of projects and repairs currently under way should give some insight to those who have not been able to visit the property and see first-hand the damage sustained.

Clubhouse and Lodging Units

• All surfaces in and out of the buildings are undergoing extensive cleaning; ductwork, furniture, carpets - literally everything in and out is either getting cleaned or replaced
• Hydroxyl machines and reverse ozone layers have been set up throughout all buildings and lodging units to eliminate smoke odor
  
• Every single item in the golf pro shop has been removed and is in the process of being replaced
  
• All linens and products in the spa are being replaced
  
• All maid service carts for the lodging units were destroyed and are being replaced
• Tennis facilities and weight room

Golf Course

• 3 bridges were completely destroyed and we are working on the process to rebuild
  
• 3 large drainage culverts were destroyed and are in the process of being excavated and rebuilt
  
• Extensive fire debris throughout the property is being removed
  
• Golf Maintenance building reconstruction is in the design phase

Waste Water Treatment Facility

• Over 1 million gallons of water and waste has been trucked out and removed from our treatment pond
  
• New filtration system is being constructed
  
• Demolition of the damaged treatment building is complete with temporary systems put in place

While all of this work is currently under way, we feel confident that next Wednesday, November 8th we will be in a better position to welcome our Members back to the Golf Course and Clubhouse Facilities.
