This is a great opportunity for you and your guests to come to Mayacama and be showered with gifts and food & wine ... all while playing on one of America’s Top 100 Golf Courses. Please refer to the Schedule of Events listed below and sign up on the Mayacama Members Only Website.
TOURNAMENT FORMAT
This tournament will be an 18-hole two-person team event and the format is “One-Better-Ball of the Two Partners” using the Stableford Point System. Two players play as partners (one Member and one Guest), each playing her own ball. The lower net score for the partners is the score for the hole. If one partner fails to complete the play of a hole, there is no penalty. In the Stableford Point System, players receive points per hole as follows:
• Net Double Bogey or Higher: 0 Points
• Net Bogey: 1 Point
• Net Par: 2 Points
• Net Birdie: 3 Points
• Net Eagle: 4 Points
• Net Double Eagle: 5 Points

Cocktails & Heavy Hors d’oeuvres
Closest to the Hole, Putting Contests, Trunk Shows, Music
Friday, September 11
7:00 am - 8:15 am - Breakfast in the Clubhouse
8:30 am - Shotgun Start 18 Holes (Light Fare available at The Turn & On-Course)
1:00 - 3:00 pm - Awards Luncheon at Mayacama Golf Club
PRIZES / CHAMPIONS
The field will be divided into flights based on the number of entries received. Each flight winner will receive their own commemorative trophy. The team with the most points will be designated Overall Champion and in addition to receiving their own commemorative trophy, their names will be displayed on the Champions' Board in the Clubhouse.
ENTRY FEE
The entry fee for this event is $350 per-two person team. The entry fee includes a complimentary practice round on Thursday, September 10, 2015, guest fees, tournament round, a welcome package, prizes, and all meals and functions listed on the Schedule of Events for you and your guest. Caddie fees are not included.

Please follow these easy steps to register and receive a confirmation for your place in the tournament. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance and no-shows will be responsible for 100% of the Entry Fee.

• Click the REGISTER button.
• Click the QUESTIONS button to answer the questions.
• Add optional notes you would like to make to your booking.
• Click REGISTER
• Print Confirmation and Close.
