We look forward to welcoming you and your guest to our Sixteenth Annual Women's Member-Guest! Here is our schedule of events for this year's tournament. When you have a moment, we would be grateful if you would forward this email to your guest. TOURNAMENT FORMAT
This tournament will be an 18-hole two-person team event and the format is “One-Better-Ball of the Two Partners” using the Stableford Point System. Two players play as partners (one Member and one Guest), each playing her own ball. The lower net score for the partners is the score for the hole. If one partner fails to complete the play of a hole, there is no penalty. In the Stableford Point System, players receive points per hole as follows:

• Net Double Bogey or Higher: 0 Points
• Net Bogey: 1 Point
• Net Par: 2 Points
• Net Birdie: 3 Points
• Net Eagle: 4 Points
• Net Double Eagle: 5 Points

Thursday, September 8
Complimentary Practice Round & Optional "Skins Game"
4:30 - 7:30 pm - Registration & Welcome Reception
Cocktails & Heavy Hors d’oeuvres
Closest to the Hole, Trunk Show, Music

Friday, September 9
7:00 am - 8:15 am - Breakfast in the Clubhouse
8:30 am - Shotgun Start 18 Holes
1:00 - 3:00 pm - Awards Luncheon at Mayacama Golf Club

PRIZES / CHAMPIONS
The field will be divided into flights based on the number of entries received. Each flight winner will receive their own commemorative trophy. The team with the most points will be designated Overall Champion and in addition to receiving their own commemorative trophy, their names will be displayed on the Champions' Board in the Clubhouse.
