In our continued effort to bring back our “Pre-Covid” Club Customs, we will no longer require advance starting times for our Members beginning December 1. For those Members who have booked starting times during the first week of December, your previously-booked reservations will be honored.

In order to assist with Caddie scheduling, we ask that you continue to reserve your Caddie(s) in advance of when you wish to play. For safety reasons, we are unable to have a large number of Caddies on hand waiting for potential loops, so advance Caddie reservations continue to be required. For the immediate future, you may reserve your Caddie by calling or emailing the Golf Shop or Caddie Office.

We are in the process of developing an online Caddie reservation system through our Mayacama App and our Members Only Website to ease this process for you. Until then, please reserve your caddies in advance by contacting us as requested above.

And as a reminder, Caddies are required before 1:00 pm (noon in winter hours) for all Members with accompanied guests. Members playing without a guest may still walk and carry at any time if they wish. Golf Cars will continue to be available after 2:00 pm (1:00 pm in winter hours) when conditions permit.

With this return to “No Starting Times,” our Starter will be on-hand at the Practice Tee to assist you with a proper flow to the first tee. With the increase in play that we have experienced in the past year, please be respectful and follow the direction of the Starter, who is there to accommodate you and control an orderly start to everyone’s rounds.
