We are excited to introduce your updated Fitness Center! With Sonoma County now approving workouts to take place indoors again, we welcome you back to enjoy the many upgrades we made during the closure. Advanced training equipment by Technogym will help push you to challenge yourself and increase your sport performance, from beginner to advanced there is something for everyone! The all new cardio section has individual screens for virtual training sessions or to watch your favorite show while you burn calories. The large functional training section allows you to do progressive full body and plyometric workouts, and a dedicated stretch area is perfect for post-workout cool downs.
