As the foliage in Sonoma County begins to change and we feel the crisp fall air, it’s a gentle reminder that the holiday season is quickly approaching. Our Mayacama Holiday Fund is your opportunity to show appreciation for the employees who made your Mayacama experience a special one in 2022. We graciously request that you remember and recognize our wonderful team by making a contribution to the Mayacama Holiday Fund.
Our staff is a major strength of the Club, and their hard work and dedication is what provides the level of service you have come to expect and deserve. Monies collected for the Holiday Fund are fairly distributed to all employees based upon their years of service and hours present to ensure all employees benefit from your generosity. This also includes less visible employees who are diligently working behind the scenes; contributing to amazing experiences and smooth operations.
Our employees and their families genuinely appreciate your kindness as it will contribute to the enjoyment of their holiday season. In deciding how much to contribute, our recommendation is $400.
For your convenience, please complete the online form linked in this email which will forward to the Accounting Department. If we do not receive your form or hear from you by October 31, 2022, we will automatically bill your account the recommended $400 which will appear at the bottom of your October statement.
