As we ring in the New Year we also welcome many wonderful changes to Mayacama! By now you have received our letter informing the Membership of the Clubhouse renovation slotted for 2019. We are excited to get underway with construction and we will be sending a follow-up email shortly describing the schedule and what, if any, effect it may have on normal day-to-day operations! Additionally, 2019 welcomes the policy change to nightly rentals allowing all Members to now book nightly rentals on a first come first served space available basis. As a reminder, beginning January 2, 2019, you can request your stay by emailing [email protected]

To say we've been having nice weather would be an understatement, it is absolutely phenomenal out here and we strongly encourage you to get out for a round of Golf, enjoy lunch and a glass of wine on the Back Terrace, or even an enchanting jaunt through our hiking trail while breathing in the crisp winter air! We have some wonderful events planned in January as we kick-off 2019 with a bang! We are looking forward to an incredible year and we wish your family a healthy and prosperous New Year!

Tableside Tasting: A. Rafanelli

Friday, January 4 | 6:30 - 7:30pm

In lieu of our First Friday Pour, we are kicking off the year with a complimentary tableside tasting from Vintner Member A. Rafanelli. Shelly Rafanelli will be in the Mayacama Bar & Grill to pour a taste of her Cabernet or Zinfandel for our diners to sample and enjoy.

2019 Rules of Golf "Chats"

More than six years in the making, the rewrite of the Rules of Golf will become the new standard for the game of golf beginning January 1st. To help you better understand these new changes, we will be conducting a series of “Rules Chats” at the Club. Each session will be approximately 90-minutes in length and will cover the basic changes to the Rules of Golf for 2019.

Join us in the Bar & Grill for the AFC & NFC Championship football games! We will have both games on the big screen and food & drink specials all afternoon long.

Wine Event

Boich Family Cellars Wine Dinner

Saturday, January 26 | 6:30 - 9:30pm

We are pleased to start the year off with a fabulous Boich Family Cellars winemaker dinner. Members and guests are welcome to join us for an evening of amazing wines paired with great food. Boich Family Cellars craft small quantities of single vineyard designated wines from the region’s most iconic and proven vineyards. They believe that by combining the highest quality fruit with a talented and passionate winemaker, you can produce truly remarkable wines. Pair these wines with the cuisine of Mayacama Chef Scott Pikey and magic happens.

A four-course wine and food pairing awaits. Special guests from the winery including winemaker Jeff Ames will be on hand to share stories and answer questions. A la carte service will be unavailable so please make reservations below. This event will be limited to the first 50 who register.

Dietary Restrictions: Any dietary restrictions must be communicated to Rebekah or Jeff 72 hours prior to the event. We will not be able to accommodate any substitutions after that time.

Cancellation Policy: Reservations canceled prior to 24 hours before the event will not be charged. A 100% cancellation charge will be in effect for those cancellations within 24 hours of the event.
