As we move forward into the New Year, Mayacama is again excited to continue sharing the magic of overnight stays with the membership.
The lodging team has been working on some fantastic seasonal specials that are sure to make your Mayacama experience unforgettable. Whether you have a group of players longing for a golf getaway, looking to host a reunion with friends and family in wine country or to reward business colleagues and team members with a memorable vacation, Mayacama now has the rental availability to fit your needs. When you and your guests stay in any one of our 31 units, totaling 42 beds, you can rest assured that the quality of service you’ve grown accustomed to at Mayacama extends into our residences with in-residence dining, a personal golf car, and a dedicated concierge to assure that no luxury has been overlooked. The first three months of the year is a wonderful time to lock in your larger parties as the flexibility in these months far outweighs the remainder of the year.
As with previous years, beginning on January 2, 2021, Mayacama will begin accepting reservation requests for nightly rentals throughout the entire 2021 calendar year for 3-Bedroom Villas only. We do this so that any family interested in renting an entire Residence has an opportunity to do so before renting the residences in components, thus making the entire Residence unavailable. We will begin accepting reservations for components of 3-Bedroom Villas on January 11. Please be advised we are expecting the rental demand for our residences will be very high, and because of that, reservations will be granted under a “first come, first served” policy. This is a very exciting time for us, and based on our past experiences, we have learned that the Club must run the reservation process in a manner consistent with hotel operations. We will continue to implement a deposit requirement for all reservations as well as our cancellation policy in order to discourage unnecessary “last-minute” cancellations. Our history has shown last-minute cancellations, without penalty, adversely affect everyone’s ability to reserve and use unused nights. We appreciate your support and understanding of this policy.
Due to the high volume of requests during the first 90 days of the program, we require all requests to be emailed to reservations@mayacama.com. This will ensure all requests are time-stamped by our email server to ensure we have an equitable program in place.
