Greetings from another fantastic week at Mayacama!I know that you’ve been considering Membership at Mayacama for some time now, and that timing just has not been right. With that in mind, we have some exciting news and updates that may bring about a greater level of interest in Mayacama once again. The first great news is that we have recently completed the regrassing of our front nine. Mayacama has always been known for the quality of our greens. As part of our commitment to present one of the top golf courses around, we’ve decided to upgrade our greens to the latest in bent grass.
As mentioned in a previous email, we have also just released our Villa Ownership Program. Imagine owning a second home, in the heart of wine country, inside the gates of one of the finest private clubs around…all with have zero costs of ownership. The Mayacama Villa Ownership gives a limited number of lucky owners that opportunity. Just think about it….you, as a Villa Owner, will never write another check after you purchase your Villa. This includes, but is not limited to, property tax, maintenance, landscaping, utilities, water, etc… Additionally, you will never pay club dues at Mayacama as long as you continue to own your Villa in our leaseback program. The only expenses you will have is what you eat and drink at the Club. The final change over the past year has been the addition of reciprocal properties for our Residence Club Members. Our Residence Club gives Members the ability to have Three Planned Vacations annually, with the addition of unlimited stays based on availability. Residence Club Members never pay a rental fee to stay on property and full-unlimited access to the golf course, clubhouse, gym, spa, pool and tennis facilities round out the benefits.
