As construction on the new phase of Villas is currently underway, we are excited to bring our Members a few updates as it relates to sales, current offerings, and new financing options.

Sales Update

Both of the Villas currently under construction have sold! One as part of the Whole Ownership Program, and the other as part of the Quarter Share Program purchased by four Members. Beginning today, the next two Villas scheduled for construction are available for sale on a first-come, first-served basis.

The best way to own within Mayacama's gates continues to be whole ownership, which allows you the flexibility to stay when you want and covers the cost of traditional second homeownership.
