We are proud to ring in the New Year at Mayacama with many exciting things on the horizon. Specifically in the Residences, we are thrilled to fully roll out our nightly rental program! These beautifully appointed and versatile residences are ready for you to enjoy with family, friends, and colleagues throughout the year.
The lodging team has been working on some amazing seasonal specials and overnight packages that are sure to make your Mayacama experience unforgettable. Whether you have a group of players looking for a golf getaway, to host a reunion with friends and family in wine country, or to reward business colleagues and team members with a memorable vacation, Mayacama now has the rental availability to fit your needs. When you and your guests stay in any one of our 31 units, totaling 42 beds, you can rest assured that the quality of service you’ve grown accustomed to at Mayacama extends into our residences with nightly turndown service, in-residence dining, a personal golf car, and a dedicated concierge assure that no luxury has been overlooked. The first (3) months of the year are wonderful times to lock in your larger parties as the flexibility in these months far outweighs the remainder of the year.
As with last year, beginning on January 2, 2020, Mayacama will begin accepting reservation requests for nightly rentals throughout the entire 2020 calendar year. Please be advised we are expecting the rental demand for our residences is going to be very high and because of that, reservations will be granted under a “first come first served” policy. This is a very exciting time for us and based on our past experiences we have learned that the Club must run the reservation process in a manner that is consistent with hotel operations. We will continue to implement a deposit requirement for all reservations as well as our cancellation policy in order to discourage unnecessary “last-minute” cancellations. Our history has shown last-minute cancellations, without penalty, adversely affect everyone’s ability to reserve and use unused nights. We appreciate your support and understanding of this policy.
Due to the high volume of requests during the first 90 days of the program, we are requiring all requests to come in the form of emails to [email protected]. This will ensure all requests are time-stamped by our email server to ensure we have an equitable program in place.
