As we head into another holiday season, the lodging team is excited to start looking into 2022 and assisting members in experiencing the residences and all we have to offer.
This last year proved there are many ways to use the residences, and we would like to invite you to come and enjoy the grounds in 2022. Whether you plan on hosting colleagues for a productive retreat or as a relaxing incentive, planning an extensive remodel at your home, or simply need a long weekend and would like to escape to wine country, we believe the Mayacama Residences are the best option for you. The Villa rentals are also perfect for golf getaways, a holiday get-together, or a simple R&R weekend with friends or family. The first three months of the year are the best time to book business events, family reunions, or any other high attendee gathering.
As with last year, we expect the rental demand for our residences to be very high, and because of that, reservations will be granted under a “first come, first served” policy. This is a very exciting time for us, and based on our past experiences, we have learned that the Club must run the reservation process in a manner that is consistent with hotel operations. We will continue to implement a deposit requirement for all reservations as well as our cancellation policy to discourage unnecessary “last-minute” cancellations. Our history has shown last-minute cancellations, without penalty, adversely affect everyone’s ability to reserve unused nights. We appreciate your support and understanding. With the high volume of requests during the first 90 days of the program, we require requests to be emailed to [email protected] This will ensure our email server time-stamps all requests to guarantee we have an equitable program in place.
The Reservation windows are as follows:
Reservation requests for stays in the first quarter of the year will open on a first-come, first-served basis starting November 15 at 12:00 am. Requests for rental of a whole villa will take precedent over those requests for only a component of a villa.
Reservations for the remainder of the year (April – December) will open on January 5 at 12:00 am.
