As we head into the holiday season, the Lodging team is excited to look into 2025 and assist Members in experiencing everything a stay in the Mayacama Residences has to offer.

Whether you're hosting colleagues, planning a reunion with loved ones, or simply seeking a weekend getaway, our inviting accommodations are perfect for all occasions. Book now for the best availability in the first quarter of the year and secure multiple units for your business events or gatherings.

As with previous years, we expect the rental demand in our Residences to be high, and because of that, all reservations will be booked on a “first come, first served” basis. We will continue to implement a deposit requirement for all reservations as well as our cancellation policy to discourage last minute cancellations. Deposit and Cancellation policies in addition to 2025 nightly rate information can be found below. We appreciate your support and understanding of these policies.

Due to the high volume of requests we will receive, we require reservation inquiries to be emailed to [email protected] to ensure our email server timestamps all requests.

The Reservation windows are as follows:

Reservations for stays in the first quarter of the year will open tomorrow morning Thursday, November 21st at 12:00am PST. 

Reservations for the remainder of the year (April – December) will open on Tuesday, January 7th at 12:00am PST.

Requests for rental of a whole Villa will take priority over requests for only a component of a Villa.
