Join us on Thursday, March 28th for the second installment of On The Palate.

Mayacama Wine Director Carey Vanderborg will be on-hand, alongside Jonah & Sara Beer of True North Wine Merchants, to take us through a unique lineup of wines from Northern Italy’s famed Piedmont region.

This will be a 90-minute sit-down tasting as we invite you to a unique and immersive experience. Together, we will delve into the rich tapestry of Italian flavors. Engage in an interactive Q&A session, where you'll have the opportunity to deepen your understanding and explore the nuances of Italian gastronomy and viticulture.

True North Wine Merchants is a highly focused wine importer and distributor owned and operated by the rockstar husband/wife duo Jonah & Sara Beer. All the wines to be tasted this evening are directly imported by True North, and so it is sure to be a very special evening.
