Thank you for your participation in the Residence Club reservation selection thus far. The time has now arrived for the second round of your Planned Vacation selections. The unavailable dates listed below are primarily as a result of processing the first round of reservation forms. This will give you a basis for selecting your dates with the online form linked to this email.

July 1 - 7 (4th of July Weekend)

September 20 - 24 (Men's Member-Guest)
October 2 - 6 (During Fall Aeration)
November 22 - 26 (Thanksgiving)

PLANNED VACATION RESERVATIONS - 2ND ROUND SCHEDULE
October 15, 2015 – Reservation Request Form Emailed to Members
October 31, 2015 – Form Submission Deadline (Select up to 2 weeks)
November 15, 2015 – Planned Vacation Reservations Confirmed

All reservation requests must be completed on the online reservation form and submitted by October 31, 2015. Verbal and telephone requests will not be accepted. Planned Vacations for the second selection period will be confirmed by email on or before November 15, 2015.

SPACE AVAILABLE RESERVATIONS
Space Available reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis beginning November 15, 2015.

The links below will assist you in planning your future visits to Mayacama. The 2016 Event Calendar includes our major Golf Championships and our annual Club events. More activities for all ages will be added to the calendar after the new year. Registration for events begin on January 1, 2016. The Residence Club Rules & Regulations give more detailed information on the reservation process.
