Dear Residence Club Member -

Thank you for your participation in the Residence Club Selection Process thus far. We also want to take this opportunity to thank you for the many kind thoughts and notes passed along through this tough time for Sonoma County. We all consider this our home in one way or another and we are working hard to get it back to the property we know and love.

As always we are providing you with a list of unavailable dates as a tool for this last Selection Round. This list is primarily the result of the first round of selection and can be used as the basis for your second round choices.

May 6– May 13 (All Vintner Pour)
May 27 (Memorial Day Sunday)
June 3 – June 6 (Sonoma Children’s Charity Event)
June 22– June 27
July 1 – July 8 (July 4th week)
July 12 – July 17
August 5 - 11
August 28 – September 2 (Labor Day weekend)
September 25 – September 30 (Men’s Member Guest)
November 19 – November 25 (Thanksgiving)

PLANNED VACATION RESERVATIONS - 2ND ROUND SCHEDULE
November 1, 2017 – Reservation Request Form Emailed to Members
November 15, 2017 – Form Submission Deadline (Select up to 2 weeks)
November 30, 2017 – Planned Vacation Reservations Confirmed

All reservation requests must be completed on the online reservation form and submitted by November 15, 2017. Verbal and telephone requests will not be accepted. Planned Vacations for the second selection period will be confirmed by email on or before November 30, 2017.

As a friendly reminder, we ask that you fill out the complete form with 6 different options for your final Planned Vacation. Please reference the dates above that are currently unavailable. This will not only help you secure something useful, but also help along the process. Lastly, please use the comments section to help us understand your intention. A good example of this is, “We wish to deposit this week into Elite Alliance, so the time frame does not matter, so long as we get a “Peak” week to deposit."

SPACE AVAILABLE RESERVATIONS
Space Available reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis beginning December 1, 2017.
