Dear Residence Club Member,
We are happy to announce that it is time to begin the Residence Reservation process for the 2022 Residence Club Year. The Planned Vacation Reservation process will occur in two rounds. The schedule is as follows:
Unrestricted - 1/5th Membership
PLANNED VACATION RESERVATIONS - 1ST ROUND (Select up to 4 weeks)
September 15, 2021 – Reservation Request Form Emailed to Members
September 30, 2021 – Form Submission Deadline
October 15, 2021 – Planned Vacation Reservations Confirmed
PLANNED VACATION RESERVATIONS - 2ND ROUND (Select up to 2 weeks)
October 15, 2021 – Reservation Request Form Emailed to Members
October 31, 2021 – Form Submission Deadline
November 15, 2021 – Planned Vacation Reservations Confirmed
SPACE AVAILABLE RESERVATIONS
Space Available reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis beginning Decmber 1, 2021.
All reservation requests must be completed on the online reservation form and submitted by September 30, 2021. Verbal and telephone requests will not be accepted. Planned Vacations for the first selection period will be confirmed by email on or before October 15, 2021.
