Dear Residence Club Member,

As most of you have read by now, we have increased the golf club’s dues by approximately 6%.  The primary drivers behind that increase are related to the ongoing and increased cost of medical care that is provided to the Mayacama staff.  Additionally, we are doing our best to retain a quality workforce and therefore we are providing our residence club staff members with a nominal cost of living increase which is something we try to do annually.  As a result of these increases, your dues with the Mayacama Residence Association are increasing by approximately 3.5%, effective January, 1 2017.   We should note the last time the Residence Club dues were increased was in 2015 and hope you realize we are doing all we can to keep your dues increases to a minimum.  This latest increase actually represents approximately 1.17% increase on an annualized basis over the three year period between 2015 to 2017.
