Dear Mayacama Member,

The arrival of Harvest Season is an exciting time for Mayacama Residence Club Members as they begin planning their 2015 overnight visits to the Club! With the 2015 Golf Championship schedule in place and our annual Club events on the 2015 Event Calendar, Residence Club Members have the benefit and convenience of planning their Mayacama vacations in advance.

If you have considered spending more time at the Club, calling the Casitas and Villas your Wine Country homes away from home, there has never been a better time to upgrade to the Residence Membership. In addition to spending quality time with your family and friends at Mayacama, you’ll also have the opportunity to trade time to visit other incredible settings through the Timbers Reciprocity Program. Exciting additions to the Timbers Collection in the past year include The Residences at Kapalua Bay on Maui and Timbers Bachelor Gulch in Beaver Creek, CO. Timbers Jupiter in Florida will be added later this fall, also featuring a Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course in a beautiful resort destination.

VILLA CONSTRUCTION UPDATE

Building on the momentum of our growing membership, construction is underway on an enclave of five new Villas, which will be part of our Private Residence Club program. Each offers three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and features upgrades including ovens, more ample kitchen countertop space, and cooking opportunities. The wonderful Harvest Room will have pocket doors to enclose on cooler weather days with radiant heat flooring added as well. The first Villa of these five will be completed in early 2015.

The new cluster of Villas is an exciting milestone for Mayacama, signifying the recent growth of the Residence Club. It's a great opportunity for our Members to consider joining the Residence Club and take advantage of current pricing.
