Dear In-Residence Member,

On behalf of the entire Club, we would like to wish you a very happy and prosperous new year! We hope you have been enjoying your Mayacama membership! As we recently communicated with you and the entire membership, 2014 is shaping up to be the most exciting year Mayacama has experienced! We look forward to continuing Phase III Residence Club construction due to increased membership sales during the past 15 months and because of successfully refinancing the Club's debt with a long-term loan, we can now set aside capital to make many exciting improvements around the property.

Management is committed to growing this Club and continuing to create unique opportunities for you to gather and enjoy the company of your fellow Members. In order to continue to meet the operational needs of the Club and provide the service that Members have come to expect, we will be raising the dues for In-Residence Membership from $12,060 to $12,260. We feel this increase is modest and will help offset the rising cost of doing business in the state of California. Additionally, a Food & Beverage Minimum of $750 annually has been instituted beginning January, 2014 for consistency with all membership categories. Please review the Club Customs on the Members Only Website for details on qualifying and non-qualifying charges.

As you may know, your Residence Membership allows you to select your Membership Category annually based on your anticipated usage of the Club. At this time, you may elect to change your membership category for the 2014 calendar year. Here are your options:

CHARTER RESIDENTIAL MEMBERSHIP
Member lives within a 150-mile radius from the Club.
Year-round full golf membership privileges.
Member may sponsor unaccompanied guests to play golf.
Member may participate in all Club Championships.
Food & Beverage Minimum - $1500 annually.

One-Tenth Membership Dues - $19,780 | One-Fifth Membership Dues - $28,840

NATIONAL RESIDENTIAL MEMBERSHIP
Member’s primary residence is outside of 150-mile radius from the Club.
Year-round full golf membership privileges.
Member may sponsor unaccompanied guests to play golf.
Member may participate in all Club Championships.
Food & Beverage Minimum - $750 annually.

One-Tenth Membership Dues - $14,420 | One-Fifth Membership Dues - $23,480
