On the tail of yet another scary October, I am writing to update you on the Selection Process Schedule for 2019/2020. Thankfully, the Club was spared during the Kincade fire. Sadly, the entire membership was not quite as fortunate and our hearts and prayers go out to all those affected.
As we prepare to open our residences back to our Club members and their guests, we are still in the middle of the Selection Process for 2019. Considering the outage that we had over this past week, we will be adjusting the schedule of the Selection Process allowing for more time for submission of forms. Please read the revised schedule below:
- Second Round Selection Forms due by November 15, 2019
- Confirmation of Second Round Weeks will be emailed to you on or before December 1, 2019.
- Space Available opens up on a "first-come, first-served" basis on December 10, 2019.
