Thank you for your participation in the 2020 Selection Process. Fortunately, unlike how much of the year has gone, the Selection Process felt like a great success with participation reaching an all time high. At this point, you should have received confirmations for all of your Planned Vacations for 2021. If you seem to have missed your confirmations or are interested in making a change, please reach out to our Residence Club team to reconcile anything outstanding.
Additionally, we would like to thank you for your participation in the Annual Residence Club meeting that was held on September 29th. We were thrilled that many members made the effort to hop on the call and were engaging with questions and comments. Below is a link to the minutes from the meeting.

Lastly we would like to remind you that the Space Available booking period for 2021 opens up on December 1, 2020. Please keep in mind this is on a first come first serve basis and we have strict guidelines for submitting requests to maintain the integrity of the program. The process is as follows:
- ALL SUBMISSIONS MUST BE EMAILED TO [email protected] TO ENSURE A TIME STAMP FROM OUR SERVER AND MAINTAIN THE FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE PROCESS.
- Submissions will be reconciled in chronological order and subject to all Residence Club Rules and Regulations.
- Should dates not be available, we will add your request to the waitlist.
