We are thrilled to announce an extraordinary culinary event on July 13th an exclusive dinner featuring a dynamic collaboration between two renowned chefs: Mayacama's own Chef Robert Leva and Chef Dustin Valette of Valette Restaurant and The Matheson.

This unique collaboration promises to be an unforgettable dining experience, blending the styles and culinary philosophies of both chefs. Together, they will present a thoughtfully curated multi-course menu showcasing the best of seasonal ingredients. Each course will be paired with award-winning wines from Valette Wines, handcrafted by several incredible Sonoma County winemakers Bob Cabral, Jesse Katz, David Ramey, and Tom Rochioli.
