Dear Vintner Members, I hope this finds you healthy and well.
During these unprecedented times, I wanted to reach out and express my gratitude and appreciation to our Vintner community. From our beginning almost 20 years ago, we have realized our vision on building a unique marriage of world-class golf and wine. As one of our valued Vintner Members, you help make up the backbone of Mayacama, and we are extremely grateful to have your support over the years.
I also want to give you a few updates on future events. While we remain under the Shelter in Place order issued by Sonoma County, unfortunately, the club & golf course will remain closed. As new details are emerging every day about a possible extension of the SIP order, we have decided to postpone the All Vintner Pour scheduled for Saturday, May 9 to a later date in the Fall.
With a great deal of uncertainty around the future of large gatherings, we have not yet determined a date for any future event. With that being said, we would hope to have a version of this event in late October, after harvest and hopefully well into our collective recovery. The Vintner Pour is the club’s most popular event with our members and also supports your efforts to promote your brand. We look forward to bringing fresh new concepts for this weekend celebration and will work collaboratively with you as we plan for the future.
In the meantime, we want to support you, our Vintner Members through a Spring Release wine offer to our membership. We would like to feature a wine of your choice from your portfolio to include in this offer to over 500 of our Members.
Please provide your feedback HERE for the wine you would like included. Please include the varietal, vintage, pricing and availability. We are requesting to get all submissions by Friday, April 24th in order to compose the wine offer to be sent on April 29th.
