Dear Potential Women’s Member Guest Participant,
We know you are looking forward to this year's event, though sadly under the current restrictions surrounding the Covid-19 conditions in our County, we are unable to hold this year’s Women’s Member-Guest Tournament. We have been monitoring the situation closely and waited as long as possible before making this decision, but unfortunately under the circumstances this is our only option.
We have always enjoyed conducting the competition and the social activities that are so important to the event, but current restrictions limiting social gatherings would eliminate this important aspect of our tournament. Without them, it would not be our Member-Guest that we have all come to know and love.
We would certainly invite you to bring your guest to the Club and enjoy our lodging, outdoor dining on the terrace and the golf course and we will extend courtesy of the course to your guest as our guests and waive guest fees as a thank you for your support of our Women’s Member Guest.
For those participants who have used Planned Vacations to secure time during this wonderful tournament, we understand the disappointment of the cancellation. Of course this is something that no one asked for and we wish it did not happen. We have noted those affected and will be doing everything in our power to assist in procuring lodging for the 2021 tournament.
We thank you for your support and look forward to welcoming you to the 2021 Women’s Member-Guest, currently scheduled for September 9 & 10, 2021.
