ENTRY FEE: $200 | ENTRIES OPEN: February 17, 2023

More than just a golf tournament, the Mayacama Caddie-Member is a celebration of the oldest and most revered relationships in golf...that of the Player and the Caddie! Our Caddie Program at Mayacama is the cornerstone on which our Club was founded. We hope that you can join us for this, our 17th celebration of the special bond that exists between our Members and Caddies.

TOURNAMENT FORMAT: Four-Ball Stroke Play (One Better Ball of Two Partners) – 18 Holes. In Four-Ball Stroke Play, two players (one Member and one Caddie) play as partners, each playing his/her own ball. The lower score of the partners is the score for the hole. If one partner fails to complete play of a hole, there is no penalty.

TOURNAMENT ELIGIBILITY: Open to all Golf Members in good standing of Mayacama Golf Club and Caddies currently registered on the active Caddie roster of Mayacama Golf Club.

HANDICAPS: The Tournament Committee will be using 90% of your current USGA Handicap Index as of April 16, 2023.

TEAMS: Two-person teams will be made up of one Mayacama Caddie and one Mayacama Golf Member. Caddie partner requests are made on the Members’ registration and will be taken on a first-come, first-served basis.

STARTING TIME: Play will begin at 9:00 am on Monday, April 17, in a Shotgun Start. The players shall start at the time set by the Committee. The players shall remain throughout the round in the group arranged by the Committee.

PRIZES - CADDIE RAFFLE: Following golf and during the Cookout, we will be conducting a prize raffle for the Caddies. The Golf Staff will be reaching out to some of our vendors for prize donations and we welcome any donations that you, as Mayacama Members, would like to make for the raffle. In the event that you are unable to play but would like to contribute to the raffle, please contact Sean O'Shea at 707-569-2917 or [email protected].

ENTRY FEE: The entry fee for this event is $200 per Member and includes all tournament prizes and the cookout following golf for both the Member and the Caddie.

ENTRY CLOSING: The field will be limited to the first 36 teams to enter. All entries must be received no later than 5:00 pm on Friday, April 14, 2023.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance and no-shows will be responsible for 100% of the Entry Fee.

NON-TOURNAMENT PLAY: Please note that due to the expected size of the field, non-tournament play will not be available until the tournament concludes at approximately 2:00 pm. Please call the Golf Shop for availability.
