This is a new and exciting option, designed to offer Members a way to use Mayacama for multiple weeks at a time without the need to purchase a home or villa outright. The Villa is one of our new Villas, completed last summer. This Villa has been upgraded from our original Villas to include an enclosed central Harvest Room offering radient heated floors for comfortable year round living, a full kitchen, 3-bedrooms and 3.5-bathrooms. Perched between our 3rd Green and 4th Tee, this is golf course living in Wine Country at its finest.

- Golf or Social Membership Dues are charged at Discount
- Cheaper annual costs than owning a 2nd home in the surrounding area
- Each owner will receive 2 consecutive weeks every other month. Your weeks will rotate every year to insure equal access to the club.
- Since there are only 3 other owners in your Villa, you will know what weeks every other owner has. This makes trading weeks among each other easy
