Regardless of your choice, Ownership at Mayacama represents more than just a home in Wine Country. There is something special about living within Mayacama…something not easily described but easily understood by anyone who has spent time in our residences’...and there is no better way to enjoy wine country, than through the carefree & immersive lifestyle that Ownership offers. Simply stay for a night, a week, a month or more at a time, and enjoy the luxuries of a professionally managed and maintained residence.

Gone are the days of spending time preparing your home for arrival and departure, of dealing with maintenance issues while you're in or out of town...or really, of spending time doing anything other than enjoying life with family and friends. Sold fully furnished, our professionally managed Villas are maintained year-round for you as an owner...everything from the interior to the exterior, to the landscaping are cared for on your behalf. Traveling around the property is as easy as jumping into the golf cart that is provided for you, for all of your time on property.

Option 1:
Full Ownership

As the title suggests, with our full ownership villa, you are free to live here year-round, or to stay as little or as much as you like every year. Villas are sold fully furnished, and include a membership to the club at Mayacama. Additionally, Villa Owners enjoy the option to participate in any one of our flexible leaseback programs, including the 8-month leaseback option, guaranteeing to cover all Villa Ownership Costs, Property Taxes, and Annual Golf Club Dues…meaning true hassle-free ownership!

Option 2:
1/4 Share Villa Ownership

This is our newest offering. The 1/4 share villa is sold fully furnished, including a membership to the club at Mayacama. These 4 owners will each receive 1 week every month. Each owner will know who has every week of the year, making it easy to trade your weeks amongst each other. Owners may also decide to offer some of their weeks to be rented to the Members at Mayacama.

Option 3:
1/10th Lodging Membership

This has historically been our most popular membership. Lodging Members have access to our villas and casitas, as well as full club privileges at Mayacama. Members enjoy 3 Planned Weeks per year, plus unlimited Short Notice Vacations, and unlimited Space Available Vacations.
