Deposits
The Club will require advance deposits for all reservations. If a reservation is for 1-3 days, we will require a
50% deposit for the full stay. If the reservation is for 4 days or more, we will require a 25% deposit. All deposits will include the applicable hotel taxes and will be charged to your Member account. Payment is due per the Club’s regular terms and conditions (30 days after the date of your Member Statement). Deposits are
taken per residence and are not altered if booking a block for group purposes. If your reservation is during
a holiday week or one of Mayacama’s primary event weeks, the Club will require 100% deposit of your entire
stay. Please be advised this deposit is non-refundable, with no exceptions.
Cancellations
Cancellations adversely affect our operations significantly and as a result, we must hold firm on the following policy: If canceled outside 13 days of your arrival date, the Club will refund your deposit, less a $50
processing fee. If canceled within 13-7 days of arrival date, the Club will refund your deposit, less 25%. If
canceled within 7 days of your arrival date, no refund will be made available. Reducing the length of stay or
an early departure within 14 days of your arrival is considered a cancellation.
