We are happy to let you know that after processing the first and second round of Planned Weeks Reservation Requests, we are now accepting reservations for your 2014 Space Available visits to Mayacama*. The form linked to this email is for one (1) Space Available Use Period. While there is not a limit to the total number of Space Available Use Periods you can book throughout the year, you may only have one (1) on the books at a time. Once a Space Available visit commences, you may book your next Space Available visit.

Please review the unavailable dates below; giving you a basis for selecting your Space Available visits. While understanding there are also additional dates that have limited inventory, please contact Danny Hildebrand with questions you may have relative to specific date ranges. In light of the success this year in managing our waitlists, we encourage you to let us know specific date ranges you would like to be added to the waitlist. As other Residence Club Members' plans change, we may be able to fulfill your requests.

All reservation requests for the Space Available selection period must be completed on this official Mayacama Reservation Request form and submitted by November 30, 2013 in order to be included in this selection.

Completed forms should be submitted to our Residence Club Manager, Danny Hildebrand by email to [email protected] or faxed to 707 569 2999. Verbal and telephone requests will not be accepted. Punctual request forms will be confirmed by email no later than December 15, 2013. Requests received after the November 30th deadline will be entered once all of the on-time requests have been processed.

Per the Residence Club Rules & Regulations, the Planned and Space Available Reservation process takes place in three stages. The schedule is as follows:

*While Planned Use Period time may be deposited into the Timbers Reciprocity Program (TRP), Space Available Use Periods may only be used at Mayacama.
