First Friday Pour: Skipstone

Friday, August 5 | 5 - 6:30 pm

We are excited to welcome Skipstone Wines for our August First Friday Pour. The pour is an excellent opportunity to experience the beautiful wines our Vintner Members produce, as well as a chance to socialize with your fellow Members.

Kids' Camp: Space Camp

August 10 - 12 | 10 am - 4 pm

Blast off through the stratosphere and into the Milky Way during an out-of-this-world camp! Learn all about astronomy and outer space with our Activities Team.

Fisher Vineyards Wine Dinner

Thursday, August 18 | 6 - 9 pm

We invite you to join us for a very special Wine Dinner celebrating “Five Decades of Fisher Vineyards.”

With footholds in both Sonoma County and Napa Valley, Fisher Vineyards has been producing exceptional hand-crafted wine since 1973.

Fisher Vineyards has been a Mayacama Vintner Member since 2016, and so we could not be more excited about this very special event that we are hosting.

Executive Chef Robert Leva has put together a spectacular four-course menu for the evening, each course paired with a different Fisher Vineyards wine, direct from their family cellar.

Welcome Randy Lerner to the Professional Staff

Randy recently made his move to Mayacama from Sandpiper Golf Course in Santa Barbara, CA. Randy joins the team as an Assistant Golf Professional with experience in golf and tournament operations as well as a passion for teaching the game at all levels. His philosophy on the lesson tee is based on Homer Kelley’s book “The Golfing Machine”, where golf is a game for thinkers.

"One of my greatest passions about golf is instruction at all levels. Whether one is new to the game or looking to refine their skill, I’m here to help."

Randy was elected as a “Class A” PGA Member in 2011 and has furthered his education through the Certified Professional Program of the PGA.

Husband & Wife Championship Results

Congratulations to our Husband & Wife Club Champions, Robert and Sonja Pang! They claim their third Husband & Wife title with a great score of three under par, 69.

Our Mayacama Flight Champions are Matthew Kim and Stefanie Jay! They finished at 10 under par, 62, which earned them a one-stroke margin of victory. Thank you to everyone who participated in this year's playing of the 2022 Husband & Wife Club Championships!

Annual Championship of Mayacama

August 26 - 28 | 54 Hole Stroke Play

Mayacama Golf Club cordially invites you to compete in the Annual Championships of Mayacama Golf Club. The Annual Championships are one of the two “Medal” Championships played at Mayacama Golf Club where the Champions receive a sterling silver championship medal and an invitation to the Annual Champions Dinner, held on the eve of this Championship each year.

Drive, Chip & Putt
Local Qualifier Results

At the beginning of July, Grant Wilhelm placed second to advance through Local Qualifying of Drive, Chip & Putt at Santa Rosa Golf & Country Club!

Grant will now compete at Sub-Regional Qualifying at Haggin Oaks Golf Complex on August 2nd. With hopes to compete at Regional Qualifying at Pebble Beach Golf Links and National Competition at Augusta National Golf Club next April during The Master's Tournament.

Please congratulate Grant on his accomplishments thus far and wish him well for his next match!

On-Site Car Detailing - Now Available!

We are excited to announce that every Saturday & Sunday in August we will have a professional car detailer on-site to serve our Members. Appointments will be available on the hour, every hour beginning at 9am with the final appointment at 2pm. Each appointment will feature a basic wash with exterior waterless wash & wax, interior clean & vacuum, windows, tires & trim for $150. Billing will go directly on your Member account.
