An Overview of Mayacama
Mayacama is a private golf, social and residential community where a vibrant club life is joined by an active sporting life in an indescribably beautiful valley. Inside welcoming gates are 675 acres of classic California Wine Country. Mayacama is a rare and remarkable experience centered around a grand clubhouse and a championship Jack Nicklaus signature course ranked among the top 100 in America. Equally extraordinary is a wine program that includes more than 40 renowned vintners who are all fellow Members. Tennis, swimming, bocce, a splendid spa, a rich culinary program, a bustling social calendar, and a robust Juniors’ Program round out the experience.
 
 
Social Membership
 
Social Members will enjoy full year-round use of all clubhouse facilities and social events. Mayacama offers an abundance of social events for the entire family including monthly wine pours and dinners, games by the pool, intimate concerts and an exciting list of day and multi-day kid’s camps. Always available to our members is the full-service spa, fitness center, hiking trails, one-of-a-kind vintner program, restaurant, tennis courts, sport court, and seasonal pool.

National & Local Golf Membership
Our National and Local Golf Members enjoy all of the benefits of a Social Membership, plus unlimited golf privileges without a greens fee. With no tee time required, when golf is played at Mayacama, the game returns to its time-honored origins. Guided by caddies, golfers take to the deep green fairways snaking through golden valleys and oak-studded hills that is surely among the very best of the 200 courses that carry the Jack Nicklaus name. It is a truly rewarding Members’ course – one where every round is anticipated, and perhaps best of all, where the stakes are not dollars but wine, and winnings are happily shared.
 
 
 
Private Residence Club Membership
This has historically been our most popular membership. Lodging Members have the option of a full Golf Membership, or to opt for an In-Residence Golf Membership. Regardless of the golf privileges chosen, Members will enjoy 3 Planned Weeks per year in our villas and casitas, plus unlimited Short Notice Vacations, and unlimited Space Available Vacations. Regardless if the Member stays at Mayacama for 21 nights or 50 nights in a year, their only cost to reserve a residence is the housekeeping cost.

1/4 Share Villa Ownership
This is our newest offering. The 1/4 share villa is sold fully furnished, including a golf membership to the club at Mayacama. These 4 owners will each receive 2 weeks every other month. As there are only 4 total ¼ shareowners, it should be easy to trade your weeks amongst each other. Owners may rent up to 4 of their weeks to Mayacama, for us to rent to our Members…rental revenue will be split with the owner. Lastly, owners will be able to trade some weeks with our reciprocal partner.

Full Villa Ownership
The Villas as Mayacama will soon be one of the most sought after ownership opportunities in wine country. Gone are the days of spending time preparing your home for arrival and departure, or dealing with maintenance issues while you're in or out of town...or really, of spending time doing anything other than enjoying life with friends and family. Sold fully furnished, our professionally managed Villas are maintained year-round for you as an owner...everything from the interior to the exterior, to the landscaping are cared for on your behalf. Villa Owners enjoy the option to participate in one of our flexible leaseback programs, including the 8-month leaseback option, guaranteeing to cover all Villa Ownership Costs, Property Taxes, and Annual Golf Club Dues…meaning true hassle-free ownership!
