Accommodations at Tributary Hotel
Day 1 – August 21st
On our first day, we will jet off to Oregon’s Willamette Valley via private air travel, leaving from Sonoma Jet Center.
Once landed, private ground transportation will shuttle our group to the fabulous Tributary Hotel – Oregon’s only Relais & Chateaux property.
The Tributary Hotel offers luxury accommodations and a destination restaurant that pays homage to Oregon’s Willamette Valley. Envisioned as a sanctuary of slow, the Tributary truly embodies world-class hospitality in a setting that invites guests to relax amidst the comforts of the region. Lodging includes their lavish ōkta breakfast. Their menus are based on seasonal produce from their farm, so menu items change often. Breakfast will be served to you in your room each morning.
After settling in at the Tributary, our group will depart for a private Welcome Dinner at Penner-Ash Wine Cellars. Penner-Ash is known for lush, layered Pinot Noir made from their magnificent Estate Vineyard in Willamette’s Yamhill-Carlton AVA. We will have the Estate to ourselves as we enjoy stunning views and world-class Oregon wines.
Gran Moraine Winery & WillaKenzie Estate
Day 2 – August 22nd
Day 2 will be an immersive experience into the heart of Oregon Wine Country. Our first stop will be at Gran Moraine Winery for a private Bubbles, Chardonnay, and Pinot Experience. Located in the heart of the Yamhill-Carlton AVA in the Willamette Valley, Gran Moraine produces Chardonnay and Pinot Noir from our 190-acre estate vineyard.
From there, we will head to WillaKenzie Estate for a private tour and luncheon at their magnificent 420-acre property. WillaKenzie produces a series of stunning single-vineyard Chardonnay & Pinot Noir wines, all from their sprawling Willamette Valley property.
After the two winery visits, we will depart back to the Tributary for some rest and relaxation.
Dinner that evening will be at Humbled Spirit – a wine country restaurant in historic downtown McMinnville, Oregon. Humbled Spirit celebrates the seasonal bounty of the Willamette Valley. This will be a private dining experience, separate from the restaurant’s main dining room.
After dinner, feel free to enjoy a night cap at one of the local bars in downtown McMinnville.
Domaine Drouhin
Day 3 – August 23rd
After enjoying your breakfast, we will depart to Domaine Drouhin for a Tour & Tasting. Poised atop the Dundee Hills, with gentle slopes that capture the breezes and sunshine, Domaine Drouhin’s 235-acre estate overlooking the Willamette Valley produces some of the finest Pinot Noir and Chardonnay fruit in the world. With footholds in both Oregon and Burgundy, we will explore Drouhin wines made in both the Old World and New World.
After returning to the Tributary for a few hours of personal time to relax and/or explore, we will embark on a private dining experience at ōkta.
Helmed by executive chef Matthew Lightner, formerly of two-star Michelin Atera in New York City, ōkta offers a highly progressive tasting menu that draws inspiration from the bounty of the Valley and the cadence of its micro-seasons. This will be an exclusive private dining experience where we will have the entire restaurant to ourselves.

Day 4 – August 24th
After enjoying breakfast at The Tributary, we will depart the hotel for our private jet and return back to Sonoma County.
